Munchkin Soft Play Booking Form

A 25% deposit is required to secure the date for the event. We have a minimum order of $250 not including delivery. We highly recommend a shaded area for your playground. We have tents available for additional charge. Rentals are for 4 hours. Additional time will be prorated. We typically set up 1 to 2 hours before the event and pick up within 2 hours afterwards. Please let us know if you have specific times for set up and pick up. For exact set up or pick up time a charge of $50 will be added. There is an additional charge of $50 for late pick ups after 8:30pm. For bounce houses at parks, a generator and attendant may be required. Delivery fees typically range from $75-$125 depending on location.

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking.

  • Deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks BEFORE the event.

  • Total balance is due the day of the event before set up.

  • In case the event is outdoor, please check the weather in advance and in

  • case of rain, please have a backup indoor space.

  • Munchkin soft play is responsible for delivery, set up and pick up of the soft play equipment.

  • We strongly recommend an indoor or shaded area as a second option to avoid cancellation.

  • Our equipment is set for 4 hours of play.

  • We will not set equipment if it is raining or there is chance of rain.

  • In the unforeseen event of rain, equipment must immediately be moved indoors.

  • MUNCHKIN SOFT PLAY is NOT liable for any accident, injury or damage that occurs while the equipment is under responsibility of the hiring party.

  • All equipment must remain inside the play area including the ball pit balls (the fence may be left outside).

  • If equipment is damaged or lost at the time of pick up, a fee will be charged for the replacement value of the damaged or lost item.

INDEMINIFICATION; RELEASE OF REABILITY.

  • The Lessee shall have the full responsibility of the Unit’s operation, including, but not limited to, supervision of the participants in the Unit. Munchkin Soft Play LLC and its officers, employees and agents shall not be responsible for any injuries occurred during the use of the Unit. Lessee further agrees to hold Munchkin Soft Play LLC and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claim, the Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless Munchkin Soft Play LLC and its officers, employees and agents from and against any costs incurred due to claims arising out of or in connection with the use and safe return of the Units.

RULES FOR PLAYGROUND

 

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.

  • The play area is open to toddler from 1- 5 years old only.

  • We do not allow shoes on the play area.

  • We do not allow any food or drinks on the play area.

  • We do not allow face paint, glitter, play-doh, sand or slime on the play area

  • We do not allow any sharp objects (including earrings) on the play area.

  • We do not allow any pushing, shoving or wrestling on the play area.

  • We do not allow any climbing or leaning on the fence.

  • We do not allow any pets.

RULES FOR BOUNCE HOUSES

  • Maximum Weight of each group that should play in the bouncer at one time is: For toddler bouncers, Maximum weight of 200lbs, 10x10 bouncers, Maximum weight of 500lbs, For 13x13 bouncers, Maximum weight of 800 LBS,

  • Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it.

  • Try to avoid large and small Children from using it at the same time.

  • In the event of rain, high winds, or any other bad weather conditions which prevents us from setting up the inflatables, the client may reschedule for another day or request a refund.

  • Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.

  • Ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

  • NO smoking on or around the Inflatable

  • NO barbeques around the Inflatable

  • This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear accepted)
